Give Up Control to Gain Control

Oh- but it is hard to give up control.Better said- It is hard to give up the illusion of control.

If you are not making progress and getting absolutely nowhere achieving a major life goal (losing weight, staying fit, getting out of debt, getting organized, etc) you are not in control.

Food is in control. Inertia is in control. Money is in control, Clutter is in control.

By giving up or sharing control with someone else, you are gaining control. Not complete control, but 50% control. That's more than 0% control.
