Life is Magic; and It's All Done with Mirrors (Show Me the Money!) - Part 2

by Joyce Shafer

Let's look at the ability to create desired income as working hard vs. activating something else. What about activating always being in the right place at the right time with the right people and right action?

My observed demonstrations, while growing up (and still), was of people creating a lot of work activities either to appear to be applying themselves (or convince themselves of this), or to meet a self-induced and societal standard about staying busy. Understand there's a big difference between busywork and taking actions that move you towards your target and create desired outcomes. I've tried both approaches.

Ernest Holmes used a quote (with no attribution): "To the man who can perfectly practice inaction, all things are possible." This is about ending the self-and societal-imposed belief that we have to Do in order to Be, which is working in reverse of reality.

You hear about spiritual masters, but let's look at a few of the more earthly ones. Nikola Tesla, Michelangelo Buonarroti, Walter Russell, to name several, practiced envisioning the end result before they took the first action. This is what Holmes refers to: create the inner vision with clarity first; then do whatever supports the desired end result. In Russell's case, Thomas Edison asked him to fill in for the sculptor who was unable to fulfill creating a bronze bust of the inventor. Russell, a sketch artist, had never so much as whittled a stick and told Edison so. On the train ride to meet with Edison, Russell created the sculpture in his mind, every step he could imagine. Not only was the result perfect, Russell became a renowned sculptor.

Going back to Holmes' quote in Part 1 about objective circumstances matching subjective mentality (subconscious thought), if your subjective mentality is that you are always connected energetically, always emit the vibrational output of being in the right place at the right time with the right people and the right action, you will trust, with patience, that your desired outcome, or something even better, is yours; and you will keep open to inspired ideas and synchronicities. You'll take inspired actions rather than engage in busywork and hope something you do creates desired outcomes.

I titled my eight-week coaching program "Reinvent Yourself" because, for most situations, we don't necessarily need to go back to the past to learn why we do what we do, unless we briefly visit it to learn something we can use now. You can reinvent yourself today by first deciding who and how you are or want to be then doing what supports this. And, you can explore how to do this in ways appropriate for you rather than copy others.

I subtitled my program "Refuse to Settle for Less in Life and Business" because many are untrained or unskilled at how to work like the masters . . . from the vision to the outcome, and they settle for less because they are uninformed about how to do otherwise. They expend a lot of energy and time rather than leverage these by using simple methods that provide consistent results. They focus on what others will think instead of on what is appropriate for them, meaning fulfilling, and even fun, for them. They haven't lived the life they desire and are ready to; and they want to feel good (validated) about doing so.

Yasuhiko Genku Kimura said:"The purpose of life is to be. Since you are already being, your purpose in life is ongoingly and wonderfully fulfilled at every moment of your life. Now the nature of being is such that being is always in becoming and becoming is always in being. Therefore, to be is to become and you can only become what you are already being. You are not only a human being but also a human becoming.

"Being is Purpose and Becoming is Play. Becoming is playful engagement in Being and thus in Purpose. Evolution and joy are the result of an intelligent engagement in Being, while devolution and suffering are the result of an unintelligent engagement in Being. Either way your purpose in life is always fulfilled - gloriously or otherwise."

Choose a circumstance that's not where you desire it to be. Allow that if this is what's reflected in your metaphorical mirror (your experience), then an original image of it (subconscious belief, possibly with attachments in the form of resentments or regrets) exists in your subconscious. Write your thoughts about this. Create an activation statement about what you really want and read it every day. If the statement evolves, and it probably will as you do, adjust it to match your own inner evolution.

Attracting what you desire is NOT a mental effort. Clarifying and holding your vision does use the mind. However, attraction is all about allowing Spirit to perform. The Order Form process, as do all the Implements shared in "Reinvent Yourself," moves you through the steps. Once you name what you desire and ask Spirit to show you how to attract this or something even better, it's on its way to you.

We often think what's required is faith IN Spirit; but ask yourself what you might be, do, and feel differently if you had the faith OF Spirit instead. Feel this rather than think it; then, think about it as you need to. The Feeling holds your answer.
