The Amazing 2 Step Process That Will Ensure Your Success!

Have you ever tried to lose weight, get in shape, give up a bad habit, start a new good habit, or stick with a goal till you achieve it? How'd that work for you?
For most people it seems impossible to stick with a diet goal or a new exercise program. Sure they start off fine, they may even stick with it for a good period of time. But then they have a slip. The next thing they know they're back to their old habits, overweight and out of shape.
Of course I'm not just talking about physical health goals here, almost any type of goal or positive change seems to follow this very familiar and frustrating pattern.
What most people don't realize is that this "2 steps forward and1 step back" game is absolutely normal, for everyone.
The only difference between those who break through to success and those who don't is the ability to stick with it. And the first step to sticking with it is to understand that this is how it works. If you know it's going to be two steps forward and one step back you can mentally prepare yourself for this and use it to your advantage.
If and when the point in time comes that you have a slip backwards, realize that it's just a temporary slip backwards. You just start forging ahead again, as quickly as you can. You do this over and over again until you succeed. A slip backward doesn't mean you're a failure, it doesn't mean you don't have will-power, it just means you have the same problem everybody else has. But now you have the solution, you just start moving forward again, every single time it happens.
Here's an example of how this two-step process works for successful people...
2 steps forward 1 back, ok, 3 steps forward 1 back, ok, 2 steps forward 2 back, ok, 3 steps forward 1 back... Hey, just by sticking with this you're now "5" steps ahead of where you started!!!
Over time the progress becomes greater, easier, and faster. It becomes...
4 steps forward 0 back, 5 steps forward 1 back, ok 6 steps forward, 3 back, ok 3 steps forward 0 back... Now you're "14" steps ahead! The longer you stick with it the farther ahead you get, faster and faster!
In the end you win, that's exactly why persistence pays off. If you give up after 2 steps forward and then 1 back, like most people, you have 0 chance for success. Stick with it and you're way better off. You're a winner, you're a success. You get what you truly desire.
Stick with it, keep moving toward your goal, go, go, go... = SUCCESS!!!
